The Fort Myers News-Press in wacky Florida reported that the Department of Juvenile Justice fired 12 detention officers for using state computers to view porn Web sites. D.J.J. Secretary Frank Peterman said the sites featured adult porn and he stressed that no children were exposed to the materials. Frank, they're already in juvie, they've been exposed to worse.

ABC News in wacky Australia reported that Suzanne McDonald, pleaded guilty to possessing and disseminating child pornography, but used a novel excuse. She was role-playing as the abused children for men she met on the Internet. Suzanne, such men were probably not marriage material. Suzanne also acknowledged she was taking ice, ecstasy and LSD at the time.

The New Zealand Herald reported that in wacky Auckland a teacher admitted to covertly filming foreign exchange students taking a shower at his home. (They were taking showers there because they were living there while attending school.) The Herald reports that police have raised questions about whether Avondale College, where the man teaches, met its obligation to provide a safe environment for the exchange students. Gee, you think? The photos were found when the dumbass asked a colleague at the school to fix his laptop and he found hundreds of images and films of underage girls. The teacher told the Herald he "had a reason" for filming the under-16 Asian students, but declined further detail. Uh, no further detail is needed.
