I am incredibly shallow and pondering any meaningful interaction with another person only sends shivers down my spine in wave after wave of anxiety and repressed hostile tendencies. Thus, I find it best to keep my interactions completely on the surface and my judgements based on physical attraction and perceived value based on genetics. Hey, it works for me.

Sure, I've heard the cliche that one can not judge a book by its cover but ya know what? I can. Or at least, I'm completely willing to excuse any possible error in judgement made on my part and simply blame the other person for not allowing whatever qualities I may have missed shine clearly. I can't be held to blame for a person's failure to sell themselves, can I?

So, with this brand of shallow value cast upon the world at large, it was very easy for me to fall utterly in love with Lola Viande last Friday, the star of this rather playful, teasing video from our friends across the pond.

I spent some time following her on twitter which was rather confusing as the French vixen posts well, in French. But I was pleased to learn that she spoke English equally well. We chatted a bit via twitter and I think she could tell that I had fallen in love with her. It was pretty clear that she had done the same to me in return, but we chose not to discuss it in any great depth. In fact, we didn't discuss anything in any great depth. You see, shallow is always better.

While this brand of shallow, meaningless love doesn't bode well for a sound future it does mean a great opportunity to post pictures of Lola to prove just how smart, creative, loving, talented and trustworthy she is as a woman.
